4-6 Resource Program Mr. Schlay The Intermediate (4-6) Resource Program teaches identified students prosocial skills in order to be successful in academic and social endeavers. St. Paul Schools use the BEST (Behavioral Effective Social Training). The Good Character BEST program teaches and allows for practice of these skills. We use Ames school curriculum in our program. We work and enjoy all activies in which the other classes participate. and Don't Forget You Manners! learning to plant fruits and vegetables. We learned how to prepare soil, how to plant, what makes plants grow and how this is a life skill. Students have left the program knowing the basics for growing plants. WE LOVE GARDENING! Enjoying each Always a Friendly Positive Message Awaits You other as individuals and learning to relax is another important part of our program.
