Wash Your Hands!
12/6/2006 8:48 PM

Cold and flu season is here and the best way to avoid getting sick is proper hand washing.
Here are a few tips for washing those germs away:
• Wet your hands with warm, running water and lather well with soap. Antibacterial soap
is not necessary to fight colds and flu.
• Rub your hands together for a least 15 second (or the time it takes to sing “Happy Birthday!”).
• Scrub hands thoroughly, including back of hands and wrists.
• Rinse well.
• Dry your hands with a clean or disposable towel or use a hand dryer.
