| | | | How a Mammal Lives its Life in the World by Maichee Vue - 7th grade 4/11/2006 12:25 PMWhat does it feeds on? With a white tiger's ability to run fast and it's toughness, it could catch its food as big as its own size! They prey on animals such as deer, antelope, and wild pigs so that they can survive. Not only do they attack large prey, they also attack small prey such as peafowl, monkeys, tortoises, and frogs. Every mammal (and human beings) has to feed on something to be able to live.
Did you know?
Did you know that there is only about 5,000 to 7,400 white tigers left in the wild? They can live up to 10 years in the wild. In the zoo they can live up to twice as long. White tigers camouflage themselves to hide from other animals.
Do you think white tigers should live in the wild or in the zoo? Kabao said, "in the wild because when they give birth their baby won't be handicap." Mr.Weimholt said, " they should live were they were born." Tou Ma said, "they should live in the zoo because they have more care." Najere said, "In the wild because it is their home sweet home."
This article could teach children and adults about what white tigers are like. I may teach you more things about them. If you want more information about white tigers, go to www.ask.com. You could get all the information you want. I could even answer your question and thoughts. You could also get an image of white tigers when they camouflage against their prey.
